Hayakawa Seminar - Day 2 (1/5/05)

Day 2 of Mr. Haykawa-san's seminar covered mainly sweeps from sitting guard, passing the guard and getting side control techniques. A lot of techniques were covered but they were not flashy and which Mr. Haykawa himself, has actually used in competition.

Another good thing about the seminar was that if you couldn't keep up with some of the techniques, or you found some a little bit complicated (especially for those just learning), you had the option of going back and practicing the the techniques you could do.
