Intra-Club Competition on 20/11/04

Lawrence (Fighting Fit) would like to let you guys know that the intra-club competition will now be on 20/11/04 instead of on the 13/11/04. There will both be gi and no-gi. If there is any further information regarding the intra-club competition I will post it up.

If anyone has any questions you can send an e-mail to hkgrappling@hotmail.com and I can pass it on to Lawrence or Tom.

Anyone interested in competing perhaps you could put your name in the "comments" so Lawrence & Tom can get an idea of how many people will compete.

This comp. will also be a good warm up for those interested in competing in the 1st All-Taiwan National BJJ Championship on Saturday December 11th.

So start training hard fellas!
