Training In Japan - Day 7, ADCC Trials

We also happened to be in Tokyo the weekend the Japan ADCC Trials 2005 were on which was good timing! The standard of grappling was high and a few good matches unfolded during the day. All in all it was a good day as well as giving you some idea of the level of grappling in Japan.
